I am a South Dakota cattle farmer's wife, momma to a toddler boy, and I enjoy taking ordinary things and crafting something beautiful, whether that be a blank website design, a recent Facebook marketplace DIY piece, or some crazy home or yard remodel idea I have up my sleeve.
According to a random designer quiz on Google, I am a eternal classicist, which means I embrace timeless elegance and sophistication in my wedding designs. My attention to detail and appreciation for tradition create weddings that exude refined beauty and grace. Since 2016, I have run a successful fine-art portrait and wedding photography and videography business, "Moments by Danielle Nicole". I love wedding days, motherhood, and serving my couples and clients with my whole heart.
This allows me to give every single client my utmost attention, throughout the entire design process. (Well, unless you count my toddler, Liam, who’s by my side for every project, but has yet to give any useful suggestions).
I've completed the Showit Standards Design Course (in other words, I’m qualified and Showit agrees!). After working with other website platforms like Wix or Wordpress, I truly fell in LOVE with ShowIt and all it offers. It is SO EASY to use!
There's nothing I love more than hiking a mountain and sitting at the peak enjoying the view. The 16 mile Highland Trail up to Grinnell Glacier in Montana, Angel's Landing in Utah, and Mount Storm King in Washington State have been my favorite hikes so far.
With my INFJ personality being the rarest of them all (just 2% in all the world), I like to live my life with inner vision, personal values, and a quiet, principled version of humanism. I like to think I live my life by the quote: “Treat people as if they were what they ought to be and you help them to become what they are capable of being.”
As a TYPE TWO on the Enneagram and a Gemini, I LOVE to serve people. My friends say I am empathetic, sincere, a giver, and extremely sentimental. I think I've seen the movie "The Greatest Showman" a billion times.

Growing up, I always had a clip board in one hand and a pen in the other trying to wrangle my four siblings to accomplish my latest big idea. I constantly was dreaming up new clubs, businesses, play and movie scripts to film on my barbie camcorder with my friends, band rehearsals, and the list goes on and on. I got my first job at the age of 14 as a personal care assistant and lifeguard/swimming instructor/city pool manager.
I ended up getting my bachelors degree in Communications and minor in Marketing and Biblical Theology at the University of Northwestern St. Paul. I was a double collegiate athlete on their varsity track team and also competed on the University of Minnesota Equestrian Team as well. I graduated within 5 semesters and floated as a Med-Aide in various group homes around the Twin Cities. After a year, I relocated to South Dakota and worked for four years as an Sales Representative for a wonderful company and built my photography business on the side.
